A pocket hilltop park on Munjoy Hill with a brick patio, a few benches, and an unobstructed view across Back Cove toward Mt. Washington on clear days. Dogs come along for the climb, but this is a short scenic stop rather than a play destination.

Before you go
Park on Sheridan Street and take the foot trail up; the steps are uneven and a hand on the rail helps. Leashes only, and the small footprint means there's no room to move out of someone else's way: plan around the sunset crowd in summer.
