A fully enclosed, mostly grassy off-leash park in East Portland's Luuwit View Park development: about two-thirds grass and one-third hard-packed gravel/cinder, with tree clusters breaking up the open space. Two dual-gate entrances (SE corner and north end) with running water at both make logistics easy, and the surrounding park features playgrounds and a skatepark adjacent.

Water is turned off in winter, so bring your own from November through February. The park enforces leash laws in the surrounding city park, so keep your dog leashed immediately outside the fenced dog area.
