Not by posted signs. The three sections let owners self-sort, and one visitor specifically noted finding no small-dog and large-dog division of the kind other parks use.

Is there water at the dog park?

A fountain with a dog bowl and a bottle filler sits just outside the fence, but it is shut off in winter, which catches people out on mild November and December days.

Where should visitors park?

The main Watkins Park lot. Signs at the school next door prohibit parking there for dog-park access, and the walk over from the main lot is short.

Is the rest of the complex off-leash too?

No. Outside the fenced sections it is a people park of picnic tables, grills, volleyball and basketball courts, and nature trails, so dogs stay leashed there.

Should toys come from home?

Worth it. One reviewer watched a mowing crew run straight over the communal toys and tennis balls left inside the fence.
